Three new encaustics which you can find in my Etsy store. I kind of like them all grouped together like this so I'm thinking I might do sets of six or nine which I could mount on mat board as a single piece. What do you think, good idea or no?
These are fantastic! I love them all. As far as selling them in sets I think they look great together. So there's my vote! : )
I just got back from the Artfest retreat and took an encaustic class from Patricia Seggebruch. How great to see your work after being in the class. Your colors and images are awesome together.
Now I'm off to approve your request to join the Mixed Media Art ning group. I'll see you there!
I think the idea of mounting three together is a good one...the art is so "tiny" and a grouping is nice. I recently came across some small frames with a mat cut with three windows for this size...so I have been doing groupings too with my layered fiber pieces. Don't have them up on etsy yet, but hopefully I soon will. Your encaustics are gorgeous.
