We make much less of a deal of Halloweeen in England, which is perhaps why I'm fascinated by the American enthusiasm for it. I recently discovered a store on line which has as much merchandise on offer for Halloween as we would expect to see for Christmas. So, Having found a bunch of vintage postcards on this theme I painted this little pumpkin headed girl. It's currently for sale on ebay

Oh my I just LOVE her!!! i am not the Halloween fan but this little gal is so adorable!!! and yes they make as big a deal here about Halloween as Christmas!!! decorate etc and go nuts really!!! I love the way you captured the true Halloween spirit!!! too fun!!! what website did you find images at?? I love the vintage ones rather than the yucky garish ones! thanks!!!!
